| a site for making music friends - typed up with love and laffta by minxy mnaughty, local love pirate. rocklands is in south east punk city - across the river from docklands. it rocks! loads of cultures, music, musicians, venues, art, artists, galleries, a birth place of unity with an enormous history and a unique present. events, exhibitions, festivals, carnivals, parades, affordable quality international cuisine, unique markets / shopping, birdsong*n*music in the air and every kind of person possible. the majority choose consciously to live in peace and at ease and you can't kill the spirit remains a common feeling at the free festivals, lots of natural people (i.e. weirdoes) like woodland folk, fairies and love pirates (robin hoods not robbin' hoods) rocklanders still live here or visit regularly. it exists as an inter-dimensional republic in the imagination of day dreamers - but who is awake? lalaland exists and so does planet water. the revolution will not be televised. thank fug for that. the bottom side of the river u bend (!) at the beginning of eastenders in the boroughs of lewisham and greenwich. deptford fun city, nu-x / nu-x-g8 (on the way to ravelands), b-rock-ley and greenwich village - we are all round the bend! ....check out South)EastX link above) for more... | |
